Fundraising Study Abroad
Spain and Morocco Summer 2026
In June 2026, I’ll be participating in a 22‑day immersive study abroad program traveling through 10 cities across Spain and Morocco! The program begins in Barcelona and moves through major cultural centers, historic sites, and contemporary art spaces.
It’s a structured academic program with guided museum visits, architectural tours, studio sessions, and independent research time woven throughout.

Why this matters for my artistic practice:
As a young artist working in textiles and fiber arts, this trip is a rare chance to expand my practice in ways that simply aren’t possible in a classroom. This experience will help me learn from living craft traditions, especially weaving and textile practices in Morocco that align with my long‑term goals. It will also develop research for my BFA projects, including my interest in place, identity, and material storytelling. Most importantly it will help me grow as an independent artist, navigating travel, cultural exchange, and creative discipline in a new environment.
As a full‑time student and emerging artist, I’m asking for support from my community to help make this experience possible.
